  Carefully pack the pet clothing in its original packaging, ensuring the items are free of pet hair and odors to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
